Property Manager
Manage a portfolio of 80+ residential rental properties across Metro Vancouver. Handle tenant relations, lease enforcement, inspections, and maintenance coordination. BCFSA licensing required or in progress.
Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator
Support leasing operations: respond to inquiries, schedule showings, screen applicants, and prepare lease documents. Ideal for someone building a career in property management with strong attention to detail.
Client / Tenant Services Administrator
First point of contact for tenants and owners. Triage maintenance requests, coordinate trades, manage communications, and keep our CRM and property records current. Strong organizational skills required.
Real Estate Agent
Join Prela Property Group, our real estate sales team. Work with investor clients buying and selling rental properties across Metro Vancouver. Active BC real estate license required.
